Eprimoo Shipping Policy (United Kingdom Orders Only)

Order Processing & Shipping Updates

Once you place an order, you will receive status updates and shipping details, including a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Service Zone

We currently deliver to locations within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Processing begins from the date of order placement and typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day. Once processed, your order is shipped promptly.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-6 business days (Monday – Saturday) during regular seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping starts from £4.95 GBP.
  • A surcharge of £1 GBP per additional 0.1 KG applies for heavier orders.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please contact our support team.

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to Eprimoo at the customer’s expense. Any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to change your address, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@eprimoo.co.uk or call +44 7537 174088.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully to ensure it is intact and complete before signing. If any damage or discrepancies are noticed, please refuse the delivery or sign for the package as “Damaged” and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a refund after receiving your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Gift Wrapping

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.

Holidays & Delays

  • We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us for an investigation.

Taxes & Additional Charges

Eprimoo does not charge additional taxes beyond the order total displayed at checkout.
