    I have very bad posture. This results in stiff and painful neck and back. I've just used this massager for the first time on neck and the pains gone!
    I'm going to try it on shoulders next. Its quite heavy but you put your arms through bands at bottom of device to keep it in right position on neck and just feel the efficacy if treatment.

    OMG this is the best item in the world. I suffer with knots in my neck and back constantly, this massager hits all the right spots and actually makes you feel like you've had a massage!! Its easy to move about, I like sitting in bed and lean up against the headboard and let it work its magic. I've had so many things over the years to help me, nothing has ever come close to this.     Love my massager, I got this on a recommendation from my mum, I suffer with almost constant back pain and sore muscles, and long term, much cheaper than getting a professional massage! It's completely up to you how much pressure you get by using your arms in the sleeves to relieve or push harder, however I would recommend not pushing too hard to avoid tearing the fabric.

    Works a treat on my wife's neck she's beenhaving pain for ages and nothing seems to take it away so I got this for her and she used it and the the first time in a long while she was pain free after using it pain came back after a few hours but the more she uses it the longer it takes for the pain to come back so she's loving it.

    Bought this item in early December 2024 and have used it nearly every night. It is 10 minutes of bliss. Years ago I had one of those chair massages didn't like it as it couldn't reach my tension. This is a game changer. I suffer really bad with migraines and hold all my tension in my neck and shoulders from them. Since this is movable and easy to use you can get the area you need and the pressure that you require.
